We live out of town and needed help to find new tenants and he went above and beyond to help us, including organising and coordinating suppliers to come into the property to get it ready for our new tenants, finding the new tenants and doing all the required checks and contracts. Jonathan responded very quickly to my request. I called him in relation to a vacant property which we were having difficulty letting ourselves. He immediately went around and viewed and made quick recommendations on how to present it better and find a tenant. Which he then went on to actually do.
