Tradestaff North Auckland

Had a pretty poor experience with these guys. Communication was terrible went to a one day job and got told later on I was supposed to go back again even after I was explicitly told it was 1 day only and another time I showed up for an ongoing role only to be told I was no longer needed and they had told tradestaff not to send me(but no one told me). And they still owe me money they have made clear they don't intend to pay!

To be honest, personally I haven't had any issues with tradestaff that couldn't be resolved in a minute or two, these come with any job or employer you join with. Great people to work for, enjoy basically everyone I work for as I enjoy working in general, but as of late I've realised they have been my number 1 employer choice, haven't let me down in regards to getting work and have always been good at letting you know if any changes etc. Service is good everytime I have gone into the branch intself, have to remember they work hard also. :)Can't remember the staff from about 8 years ago, they were great from memory as well, but this is the 3rd time I've been back with them, an again have been quick to put me into work which is why I truly do enjoy working for them.As for the staff, I only remember Cameron an Samantha, both pretty straight forward and easy going, had my interview with them on a Thursday/Friday then by Monday /Tuesday I had work. Found permanent employment through them at WET& FORGET the first time I was with them, which wound up being a pretty cool job. The second time I was with them i went straight into EBOS HEALTHCARE, which I stayed there for almost 2 years untill I left again. Now I'm back an the same deal, straight into work. Can't complain about that! Great job all around. But nah, again, no issues , definitely good people to work for even if your studying and can't work full-time, they'll let you know an it's up to you on weather or not your happy where you are, if not, call them back let them know the place your working at isn't treating you well an you'll be found employment elsewhere, very simple etc..Sign up is quite easy, always call if you have any doubts and they answer any questions you have.Review is as honest as I could write through my own experience with tradestaff.As an employee I do appreciate your help an look forward to working with you guys again!! :)Keep up the GREAT WORK!!Kind regards to all the staff an previous staff :)

I had the pleasure of working for Tradestaff for 7 months. The team at the North Auckland office were very professional and assisted me in any way they could.Nathaniel was my recruitment consultant and he always went above & beyond what was expected when it came to securing jobs or checking if I was well-equipped with the necessary tools/PPE to complete my tasks. He made me feel like I was part of a team and not just another replaceable cog in the machine.Highly recommend!

I have been with Tradestaff Auckland as a hammerhand for around 6 months. They helped me land a permanent position. When I got shafted by that employer they had my back through everything and got me back on the tools with a new company pronto. Nat & Mark both very good at what they do.

I’ve worked for Tradestaff for almost 2 years now. Never had any issues with any of the staff, mainly dealt with Mark and Sam and they are both good blokes. Always been assigned decent work, I get paid on time, and they pop out for site visits to bring PPE (and coffee!) as and when it’s needed.

Got me a job next day after signing up and even gave me a lift there from the office as I didn’t have a car yet. Also few weeks later found me a job closer to home to make my life easier. Really friendly team that look out for their workers and provide free PPE! They even bring us KFC to site for lunch sometimes! Highly recommended thanks team!

I shouldve known it was coming by the way these guys were talking about people behind their backs during my initial interview, I trusted them anyway but they broke that trust before I even started the first job. These guys are Completely dishonest and have no sense of responsibility or respect. I was lied to multiple times and when I contact the employer directly and exposed them , they wouldn’t take responsibility and they couldn’t have cared less about their actions or the negative affect it had on myself. Do not trust these guys with your livelihood, they are just rogues lookin to make a margin and will treat you like an idiot and try and take advantage of you. Tradestaff you need to audit this office , these guys are very bad for your business.

I’ve been contracting to Tradestaff for just over two years now. Nathaniel from Tradestaff has been awesome and found me work straight away and when assignments ended, had lined up new ones.I had previously been building for 6 years self-employed and have found contracting through Tradestaff to take all the stress off as they find the work and have guaranteed reliable weekly pay without having to chase up or write up invoices etc. Also is good having Mark and the team to advocate for the Tradestaff boys on site.

Super fast comms from Sam, easy to use time sheets and great teams to work with. Would definitely use them again and thoroughly recommend them!!

Highly recommend. I have worked with Tradestaff for around 7 months now and have been in contact with Peter and Samantha, both have been incredible when helping me to find work and to insure I have the correct PPE safety equipment. Super friendly, honest and in general a great team to work with !!
