Shocked at the price of sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers. Hardly ever shop or buy from here, now. Just seem to look but not buy in most shops this year.

Cannot fault their customer service. I had a broken dish upon opening my delivery. After emailing them, another dish was posted that very day. Products and prices are great too, especially when on sale.

The ticketing or in many cases the lack of it is infuriating. Perhaps some scanners in the store rather than queuing might be helpful .An app like Contdown Warehose would be even better.
