Hi team,I visited the store on Sunday, 23rd of April for just shaping my eyebrows sometime after 4:30pm. There were no other customers so it was quite easy to start straightaway. However, it took ages to get my eyebrows done and at the end my left eyebrow has got a completely different shape and it was quite hard to fix but then so my baby was getting cranky so I just said that's fine. I paid by cash and on asking for the receipt. the lady said for cash there is no receipt and that’s only for eftpos/other transactions which was like the extreme. Never again will i go to this place.The lady who did me was plain rude from the start. I got face thread and eyebrow thread with tint - the eye brow tint was off and not even at all, came totally off within 24hours + eye brows were shaped totally different to each other. Facial thread - so many spots were missed on my face and i noticed when i got home and looked in the mirror. I had to go to another person to fix up the work she didnt do properly. I really would not recommend this place or the lady there had a issue with me and just purposely didnt do mine properly. Either way dont go here!!!!

First time customer at this salon, came in for a face wax, threading and eyebrow tinting. I was served by Alweena and she did an awesome job with what I wanted. Best eyebrow shape and tint I have had thus far. Good quality and cost is fair considering their service and quality of products used. Definitely would recommend.

I came for simple threading on my face. I told her not to use wax along the side of my face because my skin reacts to it and I break out. She did not listen and used wax along the side of my face and when I expressed that I had asked her not to do this, she told me not to argue with her. I’ve never been disrespected ever by a business/someone I’m paying a service to. There are many far better and more respectful places in Newmarket to take your money to.

I have been here a few times in the past for eyebrow tinting and shaping. It has been a quick reasonably priced and acceptable job done. However the last few times I’ve been there has been no one there. The door is closed with a note saying either ‘out for a lunch break back soon’ with no time or something to that effect. I called the number last time and no one answered then it just cuts off. What’s the story? Clearly they’re not interested in making any money.

Don’t go, Save your money!!I had called up and booked an appointment specifically telling staff that I was coming on my lunch break and needed the full hour to do my eyelash extensions.Upon them agreeing I booked my appointment, I was on time however staff was busy with another customer. Half and hour later she started doing my extensions stating she can do in time, I told her not to rush and that we had time.She did the lashes and already they started coming out and sticking together, I told staff and she said that’s normal. Which it isn’t since I’ve had my lashes done before !!!I can home and showered making sure water doesn’t get to them and following aftercare. Sure enough most of my right eyes lashes fell of instantly.Terrible service and bad quality products would never recommend to anyone !!

She questions what I want with my colour and doesn't have any people skills.When I get the manager, I'm really confident with her skills and knowledge, but she's not there. I’ve been going here for over two years and am very happy with my experiences! I always face waxing done each month and the ladies are super helpful and kind here. Booking in advance will save time
