If there was a zero star, I’d be using that. Absolutely wouldn't recommend, it’s been two weeks now since our bin hasn’t been picked up. Tried contacting them but no response, just automated voice messages, if your going to pick a bin company, I suggest you avoid this one. The reviews speak for themselves.

Would not use this guys. Save yourself the trouble, believe me. Wish I read the reviews before signing up with them. Poor communication, poor customer service. Can never get their hotline. ZERO stars if I could.

I've been trying to get hold of Envirowaste all week (not the first occasion either)...I'm a small business and I'm pedantic about excellent customer service. I would not recommend them.

Terrible bin company. Cancelled my bin (after months of trying to get in contact) due to them not picking it up weekly even though I was puttibg it out in time. Finally got in touch with someone and they supposedly cancelled my bin and arranged for someone to pick it up .. months on from this I'm still getting charged and still the bin waits to be picked up.Have rung left messages and no one has gotten back to me. Would not recommend using this company unless you wanna be stuck in a relationship you can't leave
