Rang and told them exactly what I needed in a roofing screw. Male person assured me they had them in stock. Drove 14ks and they didn't. Not good customer service

Although it's not a very big store, they seem to have everything covered for your average building supplies and DIY and if they don't have what you need, they're happy to order it in for you.Only gripe is, they frequently close the doors before 5pm. On several occasions I've raced there for something last minute, any time between 4.30 and 4.55pm only to find they've already closed and gone for the day.
