If you're looking to stay warm and improve your home's ambience (there is nothing quite like sitting around a fire) Naked Flame have an awesome range of fireplaces. Definitely recommend visiting their showroom in Takapuna.

We lived in Rural Canterbury when we purchased our Naked Flame Fireplace but were preparing to buy our first home so wanted something to keep us warm during our last winter so we wouldn't have to hunt down another firewood supply for what was one of our wettest winters ever. We chose the Naked Flame Fireplace because of it's ease of use, decorative presentation and to retain that real fire ambiance without all the extra work. The service we received was exemplary and now that we have our new home, we can't wait for the weather to cool down (not really lol) so we can order in more fuel and get our fire roaring. I wholeheartedly recommend Naked Flame Fireplaces, for ANYWHERE in New Zealand. They are superb!!!

We were pleasantly surprised with how much heat our biofuel fire puts out. We have a large open plan living/kitchen area and our Naked Flame fire heats it up easily. Nice friendly and knowledgeable staff too. Highly recommend.
