Dhamma Medini Vipassana Meditation Centre

This is once in a lifetime experience while attending a meditation course at this centre. The technique of meditation they teach is incredible and beyond worldly description. It can only be experienced. The stay and food was good. Organisers and servers are very friendly and courteous. The whole environment is calm, quite and kind.Points to note:- if you can’t follow strict discipline, schedule while stay there then it’s not for you.- wheelchair accessibility can be challenging. Check with management before choosing a course.- it’s not recommended as holiday and I escape away. You should only apply for a course if you’re committed to serious work and discipline.- one basic rule, you shouldn’t demand or expect your needs for your luxury and convenience while stays at this place as a student. You will stay at standard living conditions; however, nothing much to complain about.

Vipassana meditation is life changing. The Dhamma Medini meditation centre is a beautiful place to practice this meditation technique. The people are lovely, the centre is clean, food is delicious, the environment is serene and nature is at its best.
