Property Check

We used Kevin in Blenheim to report on an older property we wanted to buy, after seeing some other very thorough reports he had done on other properties. We looked at quite a few houses and his reports had seemed more detailed than some of his competitors. I can't say enough positive things about the process. Good communication, flexible with timing, great detailed report and has been very helpful with questions we had afterwards. I would use him again and recommend him.

I was impressed with the detail and quality of the report. The big range of pictures and supplied attachments added great value to the report. I did meet with the inspector, at the property, at the end of his inspection so I could ask some questions and get a general impression of the state of the property. I found this very useful and am glad this company allowed me to do so. It made reading the report afterwards even easier.
