I find it amusing that a org that revolves around prisoner rehabilitation requires a clean criminal record to be a volunteer for the service in roles that are low responsibility or trust. There is absolutely no rehabilitation without the ability to find work and a new life post prison. Maybe you should set an example. Requiring a clean record to volunteer as a receptionist is a little bit bizarre. Just a friendly slightly frustrated review.
