Our television reception was poor. Picture was pixalating and at times there was no reception at times. Josh came and adjusted the aerial and it all seems fine now. Reasonable cost and friendly reliable service. I recommend this company.Gloria.

For the first phone call to completion Johnny is the man to go to for all TV/Entertainment systems requirements. Very prompt, arrives when agreed, has all the components needed with him to successfully complete the job. Very tidy and considerate worker. New house wanted an aerial - my enquiry was promptly dealt with. A guy called Josh came around and was great - listened to me - didn't talk over me - suggested a couple of extra things - plus the firms charges were reasonable. Would recommend this firm.

So many big companies could learn a lot from Antenna Co when it comes to customer service.John was very responsive to my initial query through the website. In our first call he took the time to understand the problem we were having and our current setup.Based on that he had a fair idea of the root cause and provided some views on what it might take to fix before booking in a site visit. This left me with the confidence that John was a professional.Site visit was done on time as agreed (he was even early, having called ahead to make sure that was acceptable), and John's suspicions were confirmed. This meant a quick fix and for us, with an outcome that was better than where we were before.Highly recommend John to everybody

I contacted John at the Antenna Co to come over and take a look at the existing TV antenna at our new home in Gulf Harbour due to a lack of Freeview TV reception.John came around the following afternoon and got straight to business testing and diagnosing the problem.Ended up replacing the external antenna on the roof as well as the internal connection wall socket inside.John was extremely pleasant to deal with, did a great job restoring TV reception with a crystal clear picture and left the property clean and tidy. (Also took the remnants of the old antenna with him when he departed)Couldn't ask for more than that, and would definitely recommend him and his company. AAA+

John did an awesome job on installing our TV aerial, our house is in a valley so it was very difficult to get good reception. We got perfect reception, something we hadn't had before. Highly recommend.
