not a good experience for me. young blonde lady at front counter at around 7:35pm today rolled her eyes when I came to return a burger that was incorrect. completely unprofessional.

Worst maccas in the Wellington region, possibly the country. Drive through is pretty much always packed so much that you waste $10 gas just sitting there and if you walk in your treated to a lovely 45 minutes for two cheeseburgers and a drink. seems like the systems broken. Fast food means fast food not 45 minute food.

3 times I went there on 3 different nights. If you are going to say you open 24hrs then bloody well mean it otherwise change your hours. It's misleading and false advertising.

I'm a night worker so McDonald's is my go to for me and my partner. Workers are always friendly and in good spirits. Much like myself being young, I understand that the workplace doesn't always have to be serious so it is reassuring to seeing them having fun from time to time

The drive through service was terrible. The girl taking our order spoke really fast, but mumbled when she spoke. She didn't listen at all. The wait time at 7am on Saturday morning when we were the only vehicle there when we arrived was ridiculous. The customer service at McDonald's has definitely gone down hill.

Changed a bit since the last time I was there. A fellow customer was very helpful. Restoring some of my faith in humanity.Oh, food was good too, no issues with my order.

Great restaurant, appeared clean and tidy and food was very good. I use 'fresh fries' as a yardstick to measure by, if their fries are good then you know the oil is good, generally the food is also up to scratch.

Very busy, food is good, I understand the pressure trying to keep the place clean and tidy, it is not the place for a candle lit dinner, but it's OK and better that some other McDonalds restaurants I have been in if your hungry, yes I recommend this business, but very popular and well patronised.

They were very busy but they were working together as a team. Everybody got their food quickly. The lady running the cooking area was Brilliant. Keeping them focused and supporting the staff all the time

Waiting 25 minutes for a milkshake and ice-cream can hardly be called fast food. After 20 minutes I noticed they skipped out order somehow and had to ask someone to follow up. The ice-cream and milkshake was at least really good
