Overall good, I had to return an item that I'd bought online & was faulty. It took a bit of time to get the credit processed and an exchange but no difficulties apart from that. Everything is laid out well considering its such a small shop with a lot of stock.

Unfortunately the sales assistant wasn't very helpful.I did purchase an amazing new arrival. Bra and underwear, but it was definitely to much trouble to find another outfit for the staff and I was so willing to spend some serious money

Staff are undoubtedly the best- especially one of them who went above and beyond to help me even with her wifi… Her name was Aliitasia if I’m not wrong- kind and giving since the beginning. Highly professional team and excellent customer service.

Cannot rave about this store enough. Staff were SO helpful. As soon as I walked in a gorgeous staff member saw I was struggling, asked what I was after and when she described it she went out back and found me three beautiful items EXACTLY what I had described. She showed me the matching bra and when I wasnt fussed there was no pressure. Prices were reasonable as well being an outlet so I was able to walk away with some luxe Pleasure State items for next to nothing. The staff member was so lovely and funny too. Great range of bras, undies and lingere and if you cant find what you are after ask the helpful staff!!

Sales assistants clearly don't know where things are but its not their fault since things seem to change all the time. Manager was extremely rude and condescending.

Had such a wonderful experience here today!! I usually hate bra shopping so I never do but Sophie was so accomodating and helpful with finding me some cute bras. Tried some new things I wouldn’t usually pick out for myself, thank you!!

Went during their labor weekend $20 sale, so a great price. Staff were really friendly and approachable. I was a bit nervous, but I got a fitting and she even helped me find a few bras around the shop.
