Great time for Mother's Day lunch. Enjoyed the charcuterie platter and the mains were substantial. Great staff with a friendly atmosphere.

Really good experience overall. service levels were fantastic. Food was good although fish of the day was not well cooked. however that was the only negative we could find. Overall the food was delicious. I would say Furnace is really good value if you are looking for something special at a reasonable price.

The signature steak was cooked to perfection. Great to have a quality cut cooked by someone who knows what they are doing. It was well worth the money.

Great customer service, and rib eye steak was very nice and highly recommended. Unfortunately lemon meringue didn't hit the spot, despite that I will visit again.

The slow roast lamb was absolutely stunning. Super tender and just melts in your mouth. The market fish and steak was also good.Friendly service !

Wonderful steak! The best that I had! Highly recommend this Signature Steak Rib-eye 500GM. The Steak is very tender and of great taste! Duck fat chips are delicious as well! Green Peppercorn and Homemade BBQ sauce go well with the steak. Southern Fried Chicken is crispy and juicy. Central Otago Tart is apple, peach, apricot pie with caramel ice cream, which is not too sweet good sharing with friends. Will definitely come back for the steak and try other food!

Lovely atmosphere. Delicious meals and the dessert was to die for. Chocolate mousse was the perfect way to end my birthday dinner. I’ll be back again soon.

I had my 21st birthday lunch here at The Furnace over the weekend and it was AMAZING! The staff were absolutely lovely, the venue was beautiful, and the food was delicious. 10/10, my family and I will be going back in the future. We had a great time!
