SD European - Service Centre Te Rapa

Updated: they called me the next day says they figure out a way they can fix the problem, but already took the car to Audi dealer and fixed within 40mims. So they offer for the refund. Not a great experience in the first place, but happy with their customer service and called me back to explain it.One of the remote not working. The key is working, I can lock or unlock the door, just remote button not working, so need to re code it to the vehicle, ring and explain it to them. Bring the vehicle in and leave it for few hours, call back says they can’t fix it and charge me for $123 for diagnostic fee. I don’t understand what they diagnostic for. Problem already known and charge $123 just for something they can not fix. Even charge for a new battery on the remote which I just replaced two days ago. Question about that, they say the battery voltage is a bit low, so they put a new battery in., but when I pick up the car and drive away, the dashboard show “key battery low” which wasn’t there before. Terrible experience.

I have used SD European services 3x now for my 650i and on all occasions found them to be very good, reasonably priced and sharp priority service. Great to know where to take your euro. A genuine 5 stars.

These guys are wicked. Serious shout out to Brandyn. Dude is wicked, not only has he helped me out big time in the past but recently too. SD European take great pride in their work and have amazing standards and communication. A part installed by SD a few months ago unfortunately became faulty and they fixed it free of charge under warranty even though it was done by the previous owner. These guys will be getting my future business. I reccomend anyone with a European car reaches out. Thanks again SD (especially Brandyn!)

Great friendly staff. Quick service but thorough. Fair prices and liked they gave me a secondhand option as well as new for the part.

They assessed my vehicle, then reported back with the concern and provided a written quote. I appreciated their transparency and upfront knowledge of costs. They had a loan car available, which was also helpful. Highly recommend!

SD European did everything I asked for and valeted my car before return. The office staff were attentive as were the service staff. They made my local operators look like amateurs & I will use their services again in future when required.
