I'm so grateful for Bloom Clinic. The ladies are all so warm and friendly, and make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in the door. I've had several laser treatments for rosacea with Roz and one with Shona. It is always a positive experience and the results I'm starting to see are life changing. I highly recommend Bloom Clinic!

From the moment you walk in Nicole is so warm and welcoming on reception. There is free parking onsite.My first time having laser and Shona has been amazing! So caring, with ice packs on hand and always up for a good chat to keep your mind off the pain! (It’s def getting easier each session) the team are very professional in a clean calming environment and it’s always a very pleasant experience.

Love Bloom and their lovely staff. The RN's Roz and Shona are fantastic and completely professional. Their laser is excellent and does a far better job than others I've been treated with. xxx

The nurse i saw is Wellington's spider vein queen. Amazing. The service was so good i sent my son to have his acne sorted - it took a a number of months, but now his acne is clearing up. We loving the products too. Recommend +++

Shona was highly professional and kept me distracted from the at times painful laser treatment for spider veins. If you think laser treatment is going to be pain free think again - what you want is a professional, personable and caring person who looks out for you during your treatment. The reception staff that also uphold that professionalism. The office is clean with a level of character. There is also offsite parking.

Roz was amazing! My first time getting laser and it was a really good experience. Roz was experienced and gave me great advice on what laser treatments I should have and even added a complimentary LED session on at the end! Very impressed and so much better value for money than other places.
