Asked Essen for an opinion on a crack in the structure of a new home I am purchasing. They conducted a digital assessment in a matter of hours allowing me to continue with the purchase. Incredibly good value for money!

They missed key piles from their drawings which had to be added after the floor was down... Also bearers were missing. No effort to cover the cost of the extra work we had to do to rectify their mistake so we held back $ on the first inspection.They then lost another inspections notes and blamed us that it wasn't even done. They then realised they'd sent out an invoice and received payment for this inspection which is only done after the inspection is completed.... So it definitely was done.Then they didn't want to sign it off as they were missing this paperwork (which they lost) it took months to finally get it signed off. So much stress and worry no one should have to go through.All we got were ignored emails and being hung up on
