agreed to match a price of another company so I held it an extra day for them, upon arriving guy tells me he cant give me the agreed price as it didn't have a catylic convertor, really shouldn't agree to prices you arent going to keep, I will stick to the other company in future

Still just another dismantle company that over prices its tires and mag setsBut a reasonable service usually the times I've been thereSaw them trying to sell tires to someone when i was there. The tires were not correct for a wof on the guys car...When I pointed out the tires that were I was ignored

When I contacted this business the arrangement was to remove 2 cars at an agreed price. One vehicle was in good condition & the 2nd was described to A2Z as in scrap condition.The car that was in ok condition was easily removed but the second was in an awkard position on the front yard & the advice we got was that we needed to reposition the vehicle in order for A2Z to remove this.That was fine & we re-positioned the vehicle as asked & during the week we arranged to pick-up the 2nd car the following weekend (May 16th) at a set time.After waiting outside for an hour in the inclement weather I called to see how far away he was to which the owner responded that he was not coming due the weather & the fact the 2nd car was worth nothing to him...I was not amused as we'd agreed the pricing before the 1st removal & he was advised of the cars condition at the time.As far as I am concerned we had a deal for both vehicles & a set time for the pick-up of the 2nd car & at the very least he should have contacted us to say he was no coming rather than leave us waiting patiently for him. This inconsideration wasted a big part of our day.As soon as this happened I went online & found another business who was available & came to remove the 2nd car an hour later. The name of this business is Cash for Cars Christchurch who we will use to removal the 3rd car in the next few weeks.My poor review is based on the fact he didn't stick to the original pricing arrangement & the fact he didn't advise that he was not coming to assist us on the day as previously agreed.I would not use this business in the future & will only recommend Quality Parts Ltd who were very helpful under trying conditions.

Recently purchased a tyre from A to Z auto. Cheggie went above and beyond for me. He was extremely helpful and organized.I called him at 11 and the tyre was ready to be picked up at 11:30. Fair price and amazing customer service. Higley recommend AtoZ!

Went to get a door hinge. The part was inaccessible because another car was parked too close. Told me they’d remove it. When I came back to get it they told me they needed payment to remove it and then wanted $49 + GST for a part that should have been $20 because they’d need to get their “mechanic” to remove a part held on with 4 12mm bolts. Don’t waste your time.

I ordered a radiator for my 2002 Subaru Legacy on Friday, gave engine number and model, and was told it would be with me by Monday.Monday came and no radiator, so I gave them a call and was told it was still in the car, but they would take it out and send it same day, so it should be with me Tuesday or Wednesday.Finally on Friday it arrives, which I wish was the end of this story. It had been broken, so the system could not hold the pressure and it was also a different size to the old one so my bonnet wouldnt close!!I phoned again asking for a refund but was told 'No, we think you broke it mate'. I tried to argue I had rights under the Under the Consumer Guarantees Act with no luck. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had as a customer, delaying my travels and leaving me out of pocket, and now needing to put time in to reclaim what I am owed through legal channels.I really hope nobody else needs to suffer a similar experience.
