Fran and his team catered our micro wedding and we were blown away by the food. Cannot reccomend them enough, each dish had such depth of flavour, beautiful variety and colour. Fran's expertise meant that every bite was perfectly balanced, and he even updated the menu to match our wines which was a great bonus! The team were also so friendly and great to work with, thank you so much for a magical day!

Outstanding!Fran was a dream to work with leading into our Wedding and the food was AMAZING on the day! We hired full package of staff for bar, service and runners and the whole team was trained, competent and friendly. Will absolutely use Waiheke Chef again and hightly recommend.

Fran and his team at Waiheke Chef serves up a blend of delicious and vibrant dishes by the most warm and friendly people!I hired Fran to cater our wedding, the rehearsal dinner prior and he also made late night pizzas fresh out of the properties woodfired oven for us! He was wonderful to work with throughout the entire planning process and worked so hard to make our big day go off seamlessly! Fran's knowledge and connections on the island are invaluable and it really was a pleasure getting to know him over the extended planning period due to Covid.The food is still being raved about by our guests. Every dish was amazing on both nights and his take on local, in-season, quality ingredients was the perfect way to showcase what NZ has to offer for our many international guests. Nobody went home hungry to say the least!!I couldn't speak more highly of our experience working with Waiheke Chef, thank you Fran and team!!

Fran and Amaya at Waiheke Chef designed and prepared the most beautiful wedding meal for us and 85 guests on our wedding day. We couldn't have been more delighted with the food and our guests have been talking about it ever since! I've heard many report back 'it was the best wedding food they have ever had'. The presentation was beautiful and the produce was very fresh. They were an absolute delight to deal with and incredibly helpful right from the start, helping with a number of aspects of the wedding. Really thankful for their amazing contribution to our day.

Fran and the team did an amazing job catering for our staff Christmas Party of 20 people with all sorts of dietaries. The food was delicious and the team were incredibly friendly and helpful. Thanks Waiheke Chef.

Fran catered for 50 guests at our wedding at a private home on Waiheke Island. Not only was the food exquisite but there was also plenty of it! The professionalism and sense of calm extended by Fran and his team matched our vibe perfectly. We received many compliments about the food, especially the beef fillet, which people raved about. And the oysters....wow. What a way to start our celebrations. Our wedding day was perfect in every way. Thank you, thank you!

We recently held a function for my husbands birthday bash on Waiheke Island for 70 people. Fran and his team did the catering for us and it was absolutely perfect. Everyone commented on the food being delicious and plentiful, and Fran and his team were really helpful, friendly and professional. We would highly recommend Fran for any function where you require top class catering at a reasonable price.

Fran is the best! The food was absolutely sensational (everything was just divine but particularly the tuna, scampi and duck were people’s favourites) and the service was excellent. We had some people who are difficult to impress and they couldn’t stop talking about the food - definitely one of the highlights of the weekend.Anika was also very attentive and lovely and made our night seamless and special.It was no doubt the best decision to have Fran cater for us on our special weekend and it was worth every dollar!
