Very helpful staff. Quality of products ranges from not too great to very good so I guess you get what you pay for. Suitcase range is excellent - I got one recently for a good price and it was good quality with a tsa lock. It was also made of plastic water bottles which is cool.

The store manager is very incompetent and in serious need of customer service training. She was unhelpful and rude. Also had to wait 2 hrs during the day for the manger to come back from her break

Strandbags staff badly need training on customer service, they make you feel like customers are a hassle (we were the only customer instore)The product is good and I've bought from there quite a few times previously, but I'll go elsewhere in future.

Multiple times I have been to this shop, shop person is always on the phone making personal calls. Tried to call during open hours and no one picked up so made a trip in only to find they'd put a sign up back in 30-40 mins. I visited other shops for quite some time and kept coming back to see if they'd returned but no luck.
