Was pretty good. They have the option for table service but never allow it, meaning you have to stand and wait. If this isn't an option then why include it on the payment machines??

Honestly.... There is not a lot to say. It's McDonald's. You know what it's like if you have ever been to a McDonald's before. We went through drive through. Good was as expected. Service was a bit slow but nothing terrible. Staff were as expected, not great but they are doing an ok job. Customer service in the fast food industry is never great. But it's McDonald's so you know what you are getting going in really

Got home missing one of our burgers, kids devastated. Drove 15 mins back to ask for the burger and wasn’t given a receipt so just told them what was missing. They gave me the burger and I drove home now 45 mins in the car for this food. I get home to find they didn’t even make me a fresh burger and just gave me the burger they forgot to put in the bag in the first place. Had been sitting under the warmer for 30 mins as it had the same order number and time as the original order and was dry as, struggled to even eat it. What a stuff around!!!

Apparantly ads you see all week long around Wellington for products dont actually reflect what McDonalds has on menu, in this case I only popped in because I'd seen posters everywhere for onion rings at McDs. Not on the menu when I got there, but it would be silly to let that stop me so ordered a combo and a coffee... then waited 25 minutes beside the counter.Eventually asked if my meal was about and the manager looked about and said oh its here
