Regal Nails

Don't let the older lady do your nails. She ruined mine and an other ladies nails while I was there. Always ask for Ann. She is so detail oriented and rescued my nails. Minus 2 stars for the time it I wasted there. Plus 2 for making amends.Ok 1 week update: minus two since my nail broke while running it through my nail.

Hate to give them a low rating but they have really dropped the ball. I understand it takes time but their on another level of taking long. I was there for a pedicure and acrylics. It took the lady 2 hours just to get my nails done and she is an experience worker. Even with a deluxe pedicure they usually have the water nice and warm with the jets along with the massage chair but I’ve been there twice where they’ve left me waiting for so long the water went cold. They also give a massage when your nails are done … not the case. Truly annoying and sad to see they suck now.I’ve given them chances by going back hoping it’d be different but its been disappointing lately. I would not recommend them esp with their performance lately.

I have visited this place for the last few years and generally they do a good job but today after some time away I was disappointed with the customer service. A couple of the girls spoke and laughed in their own language about the state of my nails as if I wasn't there but I could tell by the gestures and eye contact. I often bite my nails due to anxiety and at the end of the day, I am paying for the treatment and I expect to be treated professionally. My feedback is if you need to have these conversations then maybe don't do it in front of your paying customers. Not sure if I will be back...

My daughter went there to have acrylic nails removed and they almost took off her natural nails as well . She warned the lady that it’s hurting but she ignored my daughter and continue on. Her natural nails look as if they’re missing a layer and she complaining that they are painful. There are also still some residue on her nails as well. As soon as they lady was done with her nails she told my daughter to go wash her hands while she walked and continued on talking with her friends or colleagues. I would not recommend anyone to come here. The other lady who gave me a pedicure was lovely though.

Please dont waste your money at this place.I got my eyelash extensions done today and paid $60 for Individual classic set. Staff member did a rushed job finishing eyelashes in 20mins. Its definitely not 60 lashes put on each eye as advertised. She poked my eyelid 3 times with their sharp tool. The glue they used was cheap quality as my eyes started stinging afterwards. Also, it wasn't a very clean room. I get eyelashes done frequently and can say from experience this place is a joke! Horrible customer service too!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to get eyelashes done from them!

Majority of employees were rude. Not very hygienic. My gel polish is already chipped within 24 hours. When they put my hands under the light I could feel my nails burning. Very rushed for the price I paid.
