In less than 3 years, there were 3 mechanical problems occurred in a car that I bought from them. Luckily, I have a mechanical insurance but still have to spend for the excess. Definitely will not buying from them anymore.

Horrible customer service, will never buy or recommend anyone to buy from them.I went to see a car I quite liked, after test drive when we asked questions to the sales person, he was being really nasty rhetoric and threw so much attitude. We asked him best price, he said 38k we said you have listed it for 36K he is like oh so you know. Then we asked him if he does trade ins, he is like oh you drive a Mercedes no good. He took a photo of my car and promised to come back with a quote and never did. Further to this when we asked what's the warranty period on battery he is like what you think. I mean if I am suppose to answer all questions then I wonder why the owner has appointment him to do his job. So arrogant and ruthless, I personally suggest all you guys not to buy from this place.

Really happy with my Toyota Prius purchase from Mr Motors, they are a very friendly and none pushy team.
