TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! Would recommend avoiding the hawera-NP connector at all costs. Intended to catch the bus from Egmont Village, and as it was my first time using this service, I called a few hours early to confirm that i would be picked up and the costs/times. I arrived at the bus stop 10 minutes early and stood outside for half an hour. When no buses had stopped, I called pickering motors who said the bus was already on the other side of Inglewood, and had not stopped, despite my call for confirmation. Was extremely disappointed, missed my appointment and was drenched by the rain.

Wouldn't recommend at all, terrible customer service and very rude mannered to deal with.
