The Eye Surgery Hastings
This facility makes appointments without your knowledge and then claims you failed to attend. Their Infection prevention and control is appalling, with nurses not adhering to hand hygiene protocols. As a purpose built facility it is bizarre to see the number of multi box electrical boards they use, like did they not know how many pieces of equipment they needed to plug in before they built it? It is a very underwhelming effort all round

The Eye Surgery Hastings
Had cataracts removed here and found all the staff absolutely great. This facility is a purpose built eye surgery that is superb. I'm so pleased that I was referred here for my cataracts as from my initial consultation to my surgery (both eyes done on the same day), it couldn't have gone better.A real plus to have such a fantastic facility here in Hawkes Bay.Peter Wood
