Such a positive experience, we highly highly recommend. Great communication and coordination when it came to the initial inspections and booking but most importantly the team did an amazing job. We had several people come to the house and the whole job was performed SO quickly and thoroughly. Really nice guys too.

I had a ducted heating/air conditioning system put in. It was installed in a day. Installers were clean and tidy and did a great job. Quoted and recommended system is great and now have a lovely warm house. (Hamilton)

UPD: Good things, they read these reviews. Another good thing, they did they best to fix what can be fixed. I updated it to 4 star in a hope, they would improve their processes.In two word -- doesn't worth your time.- completely unorganized back office- no payment confirmation after bank transfer -- spent 1.5 hours on phone to confirm my payment received -- then they called me saying they won't install my ACs if I don't pay urgently -- what?- installation team late for an hour -- because they were sent to another order -- why?- part of the installation team didn't come, so didn't complete as promised.- had to call the office and arrange installation competition myself. Another hour or waiting.- the installation was NOT tested for proper functioning at all: mechanical ppl was not able to test because was not powered, an electrician could not test because not educated for that activity.- obviously, no one called to confirm, neither for feedback.- inlets were not properly sealed.- they don't present any plans what they are going to do, so need careful supervision.

Replaced the previous heat pump that had been flooded. Checked the unit and condemned it. Also based their price for a new unit being raised above the flood level. They coordinated well with us and the installation of the new unit went without a hitch.

Everything was good except the money back offer we were told we would get was expired before we even brought the unit. We also had an old unit that was supposed to have been taken and disposed of. Otherwise everything was great

Excellent service. Emailed their website Sunday, received a call Monday, site visit Tuesday, quote received Wednesday morning, quote accepted Wednesday afternoon, Thursday received call re installation appointment for Friday, installation Friday. Installation team were professional, clean and tidy. I highly recommend.
