My Food Bag
Foodbox did not arrive. I was not contacted or notified it just did not turn up. After repeated attempts I managed to get a call back via 0800 number at 7pm. I was informed that delivery was not made because our Road was closed so delivery could not be made. I replied that our road was definitely not closed. The Customer service person kept repeating that our Road was closed which was frustrating. When I asked what could be done I was then told my Box could be delivered the next day which was odd considering she had just told me 3 times that my Road was closed.But, I would not be able to choose what was in it! It would be their selection aka whatever was left in stock I presume. I did not feel this situation was handled well by the person I spoke to. At the very least why was I not contacted in the afternoon when it could have easily been redelivered? And surely I should have at least been given the Food I had chosen. I will not be using My Foodbag again.On a happy note I asked could my foodbag please be donated instead of going to waste since no attempts or offer to redeliver were made. I was told it would be donated to a Foodbank and I really hope it was.

Used to love this company but have given up after 1.5 years due to increasingly common problems (became every single delivery) and terrible customer service. Late and missing deliveries, missing items, rotten items, damaged items, damaged containers which send raw chicken juice everywhere. Portions getting smaller, extras" like garnishes and sauces disappearing

My Food Bag is awesome, their price is very reasonable and totally worth it when it takes all the effort out of meals. We've had some of our favourite meals through MFB. The variety in meals gives us new experiences and skills. Any issues we've ever had have been resolved quickly and their customer care team is seriously the most caring team I've ever dealt with. Support your local Food Bag!

My Food Bag
Huge waste of money. Tried My Food Bag a few years ago and stopped because the recipes took much longer than they claimed and (as others have commented) there were issues with missing or spoiled ingredients. It was also expensive for what you get. Then I recently saw Made" their pre-made meals and thought I would give it a try as the convenience factor is important for us. Mistake. The food is gross - overcooked veggies

The recipes look delicious, and they were very tasty too. I really liked the vegetarian curry with courgettes. The delivery guy was also very kind and friendly. However I'm giving my food bag a 1 star as a lot of the ingredients were mouldy and not the best quality. I had mushrooms, corn, bread, courgettes, lettuce etc. looking mouldy, dehydrated and brown. The packaging was ripped and torn as the paper was very weak and prone to water damage. The box arrived Monday 15th of February and we noticed mould on the bread on the 19th, keeping in mind they were SEALED. The mushrooms were brown and didn't look fresh at all on the 16th. Very poor quality. I thought you should know, maybe you need to ask your suppliers about the freshness of your produce. The produce was not worth the money. Please see attached photos of the bread buns.

My Food Bag
MFB has made cooking easy and enjoyable for me. I enjoy choosing what meals we will have each week, the recipe cards are easy to follow and the food is very tasty. The packaging is as low waste as possible. However, it would be better if the cucumber wasn't wrapped in plastic.Also, I would prefer a low salt feta to be used as it not only dominates the meal but is not very healthy to have all that salt.

Slack.We signed up to make life easier. When there's an issue with the order the customer service team are rude, antagonistic and extremely unhelpful.We gave you multiple opportunities to put things write before going to Google but you failed, miserably.

I have been charged for an order I didn't want or choose and in the app I had skipped the delivery (but found out I have 2 accounts I didn't know about, I thought it was a glitch in the app as its not a great app. Not user friendly). When I called to discuss I was told nothing can be done because I had two accounts and received emails. No effort to be understanding at all. Was told they'd lose money so very unhelpful, but super happy to take your money. Never again. See ya.

Very disappointing.... I'm a regular customer. On receipt of a box, I notified My Food Bag that I was missing a vital component to our meal - the beef for a beef schnitzel! The company told me that they were sorry to hear this, and offered a credit of initially $20, followed by $30.Bearing in mind we have a cyclone and are trying not to go out, the product we purchased costs $53, so a credit of $30 does not cover the cost we paid for the advertised product, despite them being at fault for not including the ingredients and main ingredient to make it!My advice is to use another company!
