Nasty woman there, just bad attitude and was getting rude with the customer infront of me so just decided to leave, as we did she had told us “fuck off don’t come back” we left immediately and went to the lovely Sosha down the road

Have purchased 3 different disposable vapes from this store and each one has been burnt within the day. The vape brands I have bought from different stores and they have been fine. Don't know why they have been bad from this store it's either bad luck or they buy out of date products

Never have had an issue all my vapes that have been a dud and I’ve taken back I’ve been given a replacement without an issue :) lovely staff

If I could give this shop negative stars I would. I brought a vape from them that didn't work. Returned. Did not want a refund just a replacement. And they said they can't because I had it for more than 1 day. The employee was dismissing and rude. When asked of I can talk to his manager or when his manager may next be available he said he didn't know. When I asked if he could please leave a note for his manager to contact me he said he wouldn't. I had also brought up the warranty for the vape and he was rude and dismissive. I hope the employees get a better attitude or training soon.
