Very professional team and always a plesant experience getting work done. Recently got a towbar installed on our CR-V and did not have the tools to swap the towball to a 50mm. They were happy to do the swap with short notice and no charge. Thanks team, will be back!

Bought a car recently from Honda Tauranga, couldn't be happier with the experience overall. Special mention to Eugene Zhou who dealt with me from go to woah (ie. from approaching me wandering around the car yard having a nosey right through to handing over the keys). The car I chose pretty much sold itself, but Eugene is a nice guy to deal with, laid back, and didn't mind communicating mostly via texting which was a huge help to me. Thanks for all your help, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Honda Tauranga, Eugene in particular :)

Bought a second-hand car for my grandfather from there it had done less than 1700 km went for a Wof and it failed on a worn steering got no help from them at all and we're very unhappy with their service even though they sent out a letter to say that your safety is there priority would not recommend this company to anyone

Took my car in to be fixed because I didn't have the time to sort it out and thought it should be easy for them being a Honda was told the issue was the battery even though it was a brand new battery even when I asked the technician if he was absolutely sure they replaced the battery 2 days later I had the same issue my car wouldn't start. So I figured out it was the drivers side window switch dropped it back and told them what the issue was long story short it cost me $700 for them to tell me what I told them and I had to pay for the switch on top would not recommend taking any vehicle to them outside a service
