As a tour guide pre covid I have been there many times. I was there just in December. Today I noticed stock levels are well down.I pulled our bus of German people up right outside. The 2 shop people were outside having I assume a coffee and I thought a cigarette or vape. They never said hello. My people were in the shop 5 minutes before they came in and the first thing they did was get on their cell phones.Not sure I will take my tours there again

Visit the shop on early July. Two shop assistants was busy talking and wasn't helpful with providing information with my question. No greeting, no friendly.

Helpful, friendly staff. Got to meet the artist who made my piece and were allowed to wander around the workshop. Love my purchase.

I went here a few days ago while on holiday, to find a special piece for my husband's birthday. All of the female sales assistants were sitting on stools behind the counter, chatting, eating lunch, and drinking hot drinks. Nobody greeted my sister and I when weentered and nobody offered any help whatsoever! I did see something I liked but I didn't buy it on principle. No customer service at this place and we won't be back.We walked across the road to Widerness Gallery where the service was 5star, and brought 2 expensive gifts.
