Staff claimed that a man came and picked up my order under a female name and refused to give me a refund even after proof of order and payment was shown. In future have policies in place about $50 and over orders not being given with proof of order shown!!

Good pizza. I alao liked the unholy donuts. The pork ribs very tasty and no unpleasant meaty smell though the first impression was that it could have been more tender but when reheated it got more tender.

I ordered a pizza and they forgot to add the sauce on top and the pizza was cold when it arrived, they gave me a credit and I re ordered the next night and the pizza once again had no sauce on top. Will never order from here again.

Ordered pizzas and Splatter Fest Platter for a party. The food was arrived on time, and delicious. The price is a bit high, but still reasonable.

Horrible staff and pizza. So rude to customers. Denied all requests. I advise people not to eat there to avoid disappointment and food poisoning. Hope this place gets shut down

Pizza not as nice as other Hell outlets. Asked for prawn on pizza, got fried prawn horns. I was told to speak with Manager about it. The manager ignored me as did all the other staff there. Not happy with this place. Taking my business to Domino's up the road.

Disappointing. As someone who has ordered many pizzas from hells over the years iv come to know the quality to expect. First time ordering from this location i received raw dough. I provided photo proof expecting a refund instead i go a phone call from them arguing with me.
