Booked ATL on the basis of their ratings but am now questioning the genuineness of them. A combination of bad advice, broken items and removal of fully working items without our permission left us significantly out of pocket. The owner half heartedly apologised and made a vague offer of future savings" but stopped communicating when I sought some further assurances."

I had the pleasure of using ATL Electrical in Christchurch.They supplied and fitted a small a/c heatpump into our house.The price was lowest in the area including fitting.The job was done in a timely manner by a very professional young man.Thanks for an easy pain free service.

Right from whoa to go, the team at ATL have been outstanding. Especially Chris and Riki and sparky colleague (sorry I forgot your real name!) - service beyond compare.We have just had a Lossnay heat recovery vent system plus a bathroom extractor fan installed and we couldn't be happier.There were no pushy sales tactics, the communication has been fantastic throughout, (full marks for being incredibly patient with all my questions) and it was a really tidy installation.The guys are super friendly, courteous, professional and safety focussed.We have no hesitation in recommending the team and will certainly be using them again.:)

We booked electrical work for the bathroom, it was intended to be a few small jobs but turned into a few more as the wiring in our place was terrible. The guys were awesome they talked me through everything that was being done and worked with our builder and even came back on the weekend. Beyond happy with the work and how accommodating they were as this made our nightmare renos a little less stressful. Highly recommend if you're after quality and a good price.

These guys were excellent to deal with.Riki was super professional in assessing the job and recommending a heat pump.Steve and Toby were the installation team: very friendly and helpful, totally efficient, finished up quickly and left the place perfectly tidy. They even converted the heat pump box into a playhouse for the toddler on site.I'm very happy with every part of the experience and I am looking forward to a cosy winter.

Booked ATL on the basis of their ratings, but we are now questioning the genuineness of them. Poor communication between their own staff members led to us having to chase them as to when the install of the heat pump would take place.When they finally turned up the installation took twice as long as promised, and then to top things off they butchered the installation. Still haven't had an apology from ATL, and will need to engage a competent company to finish off the correct installation.Bit of a shame.

Unfortunately our heat pump of 14 years finally decided it had had enough and died. Had James from ATL Electrical come out, inspect and then confirm that it was beyond repair.They promptly sent out a quote for a like for like replacement, which was accepted and a installation date arranged.I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism of James and Andrew in the installation process. James is certainly very knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. He is certainly an asset to the company.I’d have no hesitation in recommending ATL Electrical for any electrical work you may require.Cheers, Adrian

ATL repaired my hot water fault on the day I reported it to them. Their service was professional, price reasonable, serviceman punctual, personable, polite and tidy. I'll use them next time too.
