Hana the new Owner of Riccarton House of beauty is absolutely wonderful and i wouldn't hesitate to proudly promote her business. I have been going to Hana for awhile now for several different services and by far i wont be going anywhere else.Always welcomed and always feel like i am well looked after.

I visited Nirvana Beauty Lounge to get a set of hybrid eyelash extensions. I rung to make an appointment last minute on the off-chance there would be something available. Unfortunately there wasnt at the time. A few hours later they rung me back and let me know theyd managed to get me in. They were helpful, efficient, well priced and very professional. And did an amazing job! I would highly reccomend and will definitely be a returning customer

Hana and her team are amazing. I have had microblading and a few other services done with them and have always had a great experience. Great salon in a good location. I cant speak highly enough of them!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Absolutely bloody awesome! I do a lot of facial treatments and have gone to many in the last 4 years in New Zealand but trust me this is the most best! Not going anywhere else after the experience. From the ambience, the hygiene, the service absolutely worth every penny. I did the 3 step acne facial and Krista looked after me so well! Extremely professional and is a absolute lovely. The process didn’t just make my skin look good but made me feel so healthy fromWithin. I can say with a lot of assurance that they haven’t compromised on the products they used as well! It was top most quality. Definitely referring this to everybody! ♥️

Poor customer service. Communication error with booking and no attempt was made on their part despite being my word against them, who knows who was right. Didn't respond to emails and then sent a confirmation text to my mobile that doesn't get any signal out in the valley, and no response to two emails I sent. Didn't get a call/text /email at the time of the appointment so still did the 45 minute trip in. Got told I would be contacted to resolve the issue but no attempt was made on their part again. Took the full amount I'd paid for the booking despite the clinician saying they were too busy to call me anyways at the time of the appointment.At least a small gesture of getting some of my money back or rebooking would have been appreciated seen as though they did the bare minimum regarding booking and I never confirmed the booking so still my word against theirs.As a first time customer trying out a new place wasn't impressed.

I had a 30 min Body massage from this place as I purchased a grabone voucher.Well, the massage therapist was good however, they didnt give me a full body massage. They only did my back and i was surprised as I was waiting for them to change from back to legs or other areas. They asked initially for areas to focus which i pointed to be my lower back but that didnt mean that they will only do my back and they never mentioned it.Other than that, this whole experience overall was a mess for me. I didnt like their customer service and way they respond.I emailed them almost 4 days in advance for booking to which I get an email back about time n it was all confirmed, the person mailing me forgot to book me in the system and my appt got cancelled as the spot was taken over by someone else. They re booked me on another day which wasted my time and my scheduled plan completely and had to reschedule other to another day. They did nothing to make up for their mistake and no apology or even accepting their fault. I will personally never go back there again and wont recommend it to anyone either.Unsure on how I can reply on the reel.. but here is my response to u. I confirmed booking within 2-3 hours of email when the lady offered me a time slot. It never took me 8 hours or over.I booked for body massage not back massage.This place does not accept their fault ever and have poor Customer service and are pretty rude. As they dont like to accept mistakes on their end- hence, they wont offer apology/anything on a good will grounds to make a client feel better. I never asked them for monetary compensation, They could at least provide better service. They wasted my time and I would not like to argue any further with you @Nirvana. I simply reviewed you as not a desirable service and unfriendly behavior as its the overall experience that a client is looking for, not just the service. The one extra star that you have received is only cz the massage therapist was good.

What a beautiful clinic! Nirvana offer so many different services and are amazing at what they do. Furthermore, the service is outstanding. Always greeted with a smile, never rushed (even though they always seem to be booked up). Great location, easy parking right outside, and obsessed with the interior design/aesthetic. Can't wait to go back!

I visited this salon for a full body massage today. Jacky was the massage therapist and she did a wonderful job-I would rate it one of the best massages I have ever had. She gave a great deal of attention to what she was doing- plus gave a a true 60 minutes of hands on treatment. ( Well done and I will be visiting again when in Christchurch)

Nirvana Beauty is amazing!!, Hana the owner does the Best Lash Extensions, always so happy with them. Krista is awesome as well, Courtney, they are all so welcoming & friendly, highly recommend!!
