We had Todd come and fix a leaking valve in the Hotwater System and replace a shower mixer. He responded to our message quickly and was able to call around within the week to check the problems and then provide solutions. The shower mixer he replaced straight away, but the valve set required a step by step approach and in the end replaced two valves, but throughout he communicated very clearly what he was doing and what the next step would be, and left advice about how to avoid the problem in the future. Great service and would recommend him to anyone

I found Todd's advertisement in the newspaper and phoned him. He contacted me quickly and visited promptly. What I had thought was a leak in my solar hotwater system turned out to be more serious and the cylinder had to be replaced. In spite of the current difficulties in accessing such things, Todd managed to source an appropriate cylinder that he could instal immediately. He did a great job including reconnecting my solar panels to the new system (safely with H&S gear). He returned to check for leaks and to make sure it was all operating satisfactorily. I found him to be a good communicator who answered all my questions happily. He was punctual and worked tidily, using drop cloths and cleaning up when he was finished. He was kind, thoughtful and a hard worker. l would happily recommend him to other potential clients.

If you need a plumber Todd is your guy! We haven't just used him once but three times. Once for personal use and to find out he was doing our insurance job I was stoked! Todd is very hard working, upfront and fantastic communication. He talks you through everything. He even rang me the next day to make sure everything I was happy with. Now that's service! I would never use any one else. Thanks so much Todd our shower head is the best and toilet install you made it look easy. He did all the work while my toddlers were being nosie too. Todd was recommended to us by a mutual friend, We rang him to give us a quote - which he did the same day - we accepted the quote for the replacement of the toilet and he made a time to come the following day to do the work. He was on time, did a very professional job. While he was here he resealed the shower and came back and replaced the mixer and shower head.
