Bright and clean, I like the decoration. Chicken soup was delicious and even the side dishes were good. A great place hangout with friends. Don’t forget to order a bottle of rice wine.

If you haven’t eaten here yet, stop and go! Best sweet n spicy chicken! Chips are perfect. We did have to ask for utensils and serviettes but not a deal breaker.

Ok hand down everybody this is THE BEST korean chicken I've ever eaten with very reasonable price for a decent portion (after 4 years living in Melbourne trying heaps of Korean restaurant over there). Fried chicken is so fresh and crispy. Me and my husband got soy garlic fried chicken and chicken soup.I loved the soy garlic sauce so much that I tried to 'swept' the last drop with rice (yes even the rice is yumm).Totally recommend!

Shared the chicken soup and the sweet/spicy fried chicken. Soup was mildly bland and some of the pieces of chicken in the soup were really dry. The salad with the fried chicken were drenched but we overall really enjoyed our food.

Stopped in for lunch. The place was chilly and very run down. In need of a real good do-up to help create a more warm and welcoming atmosphere. This however, does not reflect the food. Absolutely delicious and packed full of flavour. Nicely presented and served within good time of placing order at counter. Option to eat in or take out. Interestingly we were not asked if we would like a drink with our meal. An upset opportunity missed.Would I go back . . . Yes definitely.

Let me start by declaring that this Korean Chicken joint has secured the top spot as my all-time favorite. It's not just the fact that the chicken is absolutely phenomenal; it's also incredibly generous in portion size, making it an excellent value for the price.Prepare your taste buds for an extraordinary experience as the chicken here is nothing short of superb. The breading achieves the perfect level of crunchiness, and the flavors are a tantalizing blend of spicy and sweet, depending on your preferred order. Each serving is accompanied by a generous helping of fries, salad, a bread roll, and even a refreshing slice of fresh orange. And here's the best part—when you opt for the lunch menu, you can enjoy this scrumptious feast for a mere twenty bucks, and they even offer a beer to accompany your meal!Located on Wharf Street in Tauranga, the restaurant itself is spacious with the option to dine outdoors. However, let's be honest—everyone comes here for the chicken. It's the star of the show and the reason why this place stands out from the rest. While KFC may sound appealing in theory, it often fails to live up to expectations. But fear not, because at this Korean Chicken joint, disappointment is never on the menu. From the first bite to the last, you'll be treated to a mouthwatering feast that will satiate even the most intense cravings. My only lament is that there isn't a 'Chook Nook' here in the Mount, where I reside. So, to the powers that be, I implore you—open one up! I can guarantee that locals and visitors alike would flock to indulge in the delectable offerings of a Mount-based 'Chook Nook'.In conclusion, if you're in search of the ultimate Korean chicken experience this establishment's combination of exquisite flavors, generous portions, and excellent value will leave you thoroughly satisfied. So, head on over, chow down, and revel in the sheer bliss of indulging in the best Korean chicken in town.

I wasn't sure what to expect when choosing to eat here but food was delicious with the chicken still juicy. Way more food than I could eat on my own! If you like fried chicken definitely give it a try

I love this place.I came here years ago and was delighted by their price and their delicious food. We booked for 14 people, and it came out eventually to only $17pp which is INSANE coming from Auckland. We ordered 3 of the big platters and we all left satisfied. My favorite was the classic Korean fried chicken, although my friends love the honey soy chicken more, like a foodgasm". Each delightful. The staff too were amazing and kind."
