One of our top fish and chip shops in NZ (and UK). Cheap, always good quality no matter what fish ya pick. Service is efficient. Shop is clean.

Soggy chips, and fish that was clearly frozen — horrid and chewy, tasted like it was weeks old. The whole lot went into the bin pretty quickly. Really disappointing in such a seafood mecca, literally a stones-throw from the ocean.

Absolute care in cooking and presentation make this well worth the stop. My only comment is that as a sole operator, response time is a bit slow but the taste is really great!

Hats off to the one person working there but the service is slow and the food is average at best.Fish fillet was a slither not a fillet. Chips were not good either.Superised on some people's ratings. Took 20 mins to place my order and another 20 to receive it.
