Just want to give you feedback from yesterday with Craven.I am fortunate to have been put in contact with your company by Peter Whiley as having Craven here (not only being named after a well known man to me) he covered so many issues that its hard to cover them all.Having resisted having help for some time due to “Geeks on Wheels” sending young inexperienced people I lost confidence in getting any assistance.It was a great session and completed everything that I had planned and plenty I did not know about.I will have him back again in near future but in meantime please convey my thanks to Craven and your organisation.I know many people that need help but am always reluctant to recommend anyone as there are many “fly by nighters” out there.I can recommend a mail drop with a note around neighbourhoods as that will generate many queries for your organisation.I was attracted by the maturity of your team if that helps you promote your services.ThanksTony Thomas

A disappointing service ！ we seek IT support at beginning asked receptionist if they can fix our problems they said yes,once technician came over he said he can`t fix it. spent 30 mins total. Eventually the problems still remain but they asked us pay for it.we have to deal with it later on they asked us pay half price because of the on-site service ,if at the beginning the receptionist told us honestly they can`t fix it or not sure ask technician before give us answer we wouldn`t ask on-site for unprofessional service.we pay for the mistakes made by receptionist and technicians?( the IT issues finally fixed by my friends, we are not professional but we can even DIY ).

We've used Annie and Bill's company for many years now. They are extremely efficient, know what they are doing, and make all those IT issues go away. High recommend them for both business and personal computer needs.

All Over IT is a great service. Their technicians are well informed and talk in plain language. They are fast and efficient and above all the phone is always answered by a knowledgeable person.
