Riki, Jon and Josh did a wonderful job corralling all our stuff into boxes and organizing our furniture into the container for its trip from Napier to Dunedin. They were respectful, efficient and rapid: everything done in 3 hours flat! We would recommend them to anyone who needed their services.

Our recent relocation between NZ islands was made very easy by using Crown. My wife Nicky & I felt that the service provided by Pat Haitana and his crew (from Crown Relocations Palmerston North) in delivering our household goods to our new lifestyle property just outside of Ashhurst in the Manawatu region was second to none! They were punctual, had excellent people communication skills, and were professionally very skilful & helpful! They knew how to do their work efficiently and although we don’t intend to shift again we would highly recommend to our network of whānau & friends to use Crown Relocations! Likewise, the partner organisation in Auckland ‘Grace Removals (aka previously known as John Scott Removals) who packed all our household belongings into one container were highly competent too! Their female admin support staff who negotiated proceedings with my wife were very helpful too!

Leading up to the move, the comms from Crown were great. Quick replies to emails, phone calls to check in etc. The moving boys did a fantastic job. They were quick, efficient and friendly. There was a bit of waiting around at the other end while we waited for the property to settle and they were really good about that. When we got the green light, they were running and finished the job as quickly as possible. I thought that was pretty awesome. Thanks lads!
