I recently moved to the area and was told about Sefton by work colleagues. I found them to be very professional and knowledgeable, their pricing for an alarm upgrade was very reasonable. I would highly recommend to others looking for a great company to sort security systems, you wont be disappointed.

Did a job a while ago, I was late, they were grumpy because I was late, job took 20mins , charged the whole hour (which might be normal) and then over charged me compared to the quote I got on the phone....so...firstly, why get grumpy and stupid when the whole hour was paid for by me, and you didn’t wait or take the whole hour anyway, secondly, you over charged anyway. Lesson learnt? Get the quote in writing, clarify if the hour I pay for is mine, and thirdly, don’t use this company again. Just saw this review page and thought I’d share, even after all this time.

Don't even have the decency to ask neighbors to park in their driveway and look at you sideways when you ask them to move out of the way...they finally move and come back to them parked in the driveway again! Use the road or the place you are working! License plate EPJ903. I just got credit to post, happened 3days ago
