Wife dropped off a parcel for courier and was met with endless attitude from the lady at the service counter after she asked a simple question regarding delivery timeframes.

I've recently moved to the area and gone to use the post office to post a number of parcels to the UK. After no acknowledgement on walking in. The lady behind the counter proceeded to bark orders at me in a short discourteous manner. After telling me for the 3rd time that each item needed to be weighed which I acknowledged each time she then puffed and sighed as I did not hear her question and asked her to repeat. I actually ended up taking my stuff out as I felt I was just being an annoyance to her, obviously I'm not one of the locals....Worst customer service experienced for a very long time. Maybe I just caught her on a bad day.As per the message below. Have made contact....no response

Funny story, my partner arrived with some gifts to send her nieces for Christmas and was met with a bizarre attitude from a lady named Tara who refused to let her purchase a box to put the gifts in, and told her she could only send as is. Another customer arrived, had a perfectly normal question about a parcel's whereabouts (after being told it was at the shop) and this insane woman yelled at her that it wasn't there without checking. Amazing stuff. Anyway, partner left the shop in a bemused state before deciding to return 15 minutes later to stand her ground and make sure the gifts arrive undamaged by purchasing a box to put them in- as is her right! Only to be told (aggressively of course) that her packages had been collected and to go home. Unfortunate timing! Personally I'm not too bothered, children's gifts can be replaced.. I am however, absolutely fascinated by this Tara character and would love to know more...
