Service was fast, but as usual the food was very disappointing, and wayyy to expensive for the price. The burgers were missing some toppings and the chips were old and stale.

Quarter pounder burger was more like a cheeseburger and tasted dry, the meat felt like it had been sitting around for a while. If you need a quick snack it’s fine but don’t expect quality

If one of the touch screens wasn't out of order it would have been fine but had to wait a while to place my order and I wasn't able to order at the counter I had to use the touch screen, which was weird for me.

Usually quite busy, especially around the lunch rush. Can take a while for the food to come through but a majority of the time, it comes fresh and hot. Service is mostly kiosks.

Not enough area for collection of orders, staff were bumping into each other and signage was nowhere. Serviettes, salt and pepper and straws were not available to customers.

took nearly 20 mins 2 get my smalls chips and 3 chicken nuggets on a not very busy night. forgot my sause and the nuggets where not freash :( chips R nice but would’ve been nicer faster and w sause

Waited 20 mins for my order... not really acceptable. I get that it was busy but you need to hire more staff to avoid this. This isn't the first instance of waiting this long either, as I'm regular into bayfair, I often see people waiting 15-20 mins before they finally get their food.That being said, at least the food they make is hot & fresh 80% of the time.
