Part of possibly the worst capital city transport system in the western world. I'm constantly late for work and have been since the fiasco of their take over. Don't understand why the business associations don't sue them for the countless thousands of lost work hours due to their appalling service. If I could post a zero I would.

Terrible unreliable service. Almost pointless trying to use their app, digital timetables and published schedules. Better off going to a stop, waiting and hoping.

Can't believe that you have to wait months for urgent medical items that were lost on the bus. Can't even sort their own staff out.

Awful to deal with. I was hit by a bus back in may and the Insurance people are not responding to any emails and the bus company is a nightmare to try and deal with. Very disappointing considering the bus was at fault.

Used to be the best of the bus services in Wellington with clean, efficient buses and good drivers. Now more buses on the 32x route are cancelled than turn up on wet mornings. Appalling.
