We had the best support we could ever get any where in the world.. so kind and thoughtful. I never really thanked Dr Matt and Dr Hannah..but thankyou...for everything you did us. We were along way from UK. .. but the care given by this surgery was 2nd to none..also nurse Maud.

Love the kids play area, very thoughtful. There is a baby change table in the toilet too. Doctors are efficient, generally running on schedule.

Always able to get me and my son in within reasonable timing. They listen and help very well. Also text with results even on the weekends sometimes very pleased

Disappointing service from the receptionist. Dr. can be hit or miss. Would highly recommend Lincoln or Christchurch city for some genuine people.

The care and empathy given has been truly amazing over the years from everyone who I have had help from here. I haven't always been the easiest patient but I feel understood here and that my best interests are always what's being strived for. Thanks for your most recent help.

Always allow an extra 20 mins. Never on time regardless of the time of appointment. I've had the first one of the day, 10 mins late. Nurses appointment for 9:50 am, it's now 10:17am.Thankfully the medical care is much better than their scheduling.
