Got product, Made payments on time, never missed one but the moment i need to get in contact with them, NOTHING! I ring a different number using different post codes just to see if i can get through, and religiously get hung up on every time! email different addresses no reply. Really starting to annoy me

It's hands down an amazing company , the only down fall is communication being told 1 thing call again then being told something esle. so it's alittle confusing at first but afew ph calls later you semi get it. I order a tv was told I could pick up Friday if I provided screen shot which I did, but now I have to await for it to be delivered to the office which may not be the date I expect it to be for pick up so that was confusing, and alittle frustrating. but other then that it was great smooth fast for approval. very greatful still despite it.

I order iPhone 12 and I Made 2 payments on, never missed one but the moment i need to get in contact with them, NOTHING! So payment will keep flowing without no product hmm there a problem. I can’t keep paying it without no product

Signing up was fine, payments were fine, stoked as with the product. As soon as I needed and STILL need to speak to a actual human, there's nothing. I recently paid my account all I need is a human to speak with, not short bursts of leave a detailed message and your local sales representative will get back to you! Does Huntly 3700 even have a representative?
