I received a strange vibe from this guy from the beginning. When I asked him for an invoice, I realised I hadn't read the website properly and that payment was expected on the same day. My mistake. I apologised and arranged a date to make payment. However he became agitated, yelled at me in my own living room, and was very rude and unprofessional. I would not trust this guy at all. He is a creep.I have added this to the review following the service provider's comment. It is simply untrue that you told me anything about payment at the time of booking. There were very few words exchanged at that time, and if you had told me that upon booking, I would have said thanks, I will leave it for now. You can't escape the fact sir that you are quick to anger and unprofessional. I'm not making that up. I felt unsafe. I have not been spoken to like that by any other tradesperson or service provider. Own your actions. Disgraceful. To be clear, because your anger seems to cloud your perception of things, this is not about being 'expected to pay'. Of course I expected to pay for your service. This is about me making a mistake, which I apologised for, and you reacting with anger. And now you're straight up lying about what was said. Please do not address me again.

Used this guy $480 dollars for 1/2 hour work aerial facing wrong way not weather tight fittings wrong pole used poor fittings aerial failed JAMED STUFF DOWN POLE TO SECURE - had a professional look at situation said in 30 yrs it’s the poorest job he has ever seen COWBOY I been told to get money back and not let you on the property as your not competent in aerial installations
