OPSM Hamilton Chartwell

This is my second experience with OPSM for glasses and this time was even better than the first, which tells me their continuation for improvements is excellent. I think the only thing I'd like to see an improvement on, would be the answering of the phone calls as I had to try a number of times before I got through (each call missed could potentially mean lost business). However the overall service from the team at OPSM Chartwell was excellent and thank you Courtney for your help choosing the right frames for me. Champion

Bevan Young is thorough in his examinations, patient and understanding no matter what age you are. He exudes professionalism and cares about your wellbeing. I highly recommend him he is my optometrist by choice.

The optometrist is very professional there. He is really good at dealing with young child and has done a very thorough eye check for my daughter. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from staff. All are very helpful and will come up to greet you instead of looking away. No pressure. They are not there to hard sell you something. Sounthern Cross members and free eye check (eveyr 2 years) are of great values. Discount up to 30%, regardless your type of cover. My own experiences show OPSM continues to improve over the years and offer quality products and service. They are not the cheapest but great value for money together with awesome service. Staff Courtney was so nice and helpful where she offered over the phone to put the frames aside for me, so I can go into the shop and try it out the next day. I could have purchased both lenses and frames online or at another store but due to her great service I decided to proceed with purchase on spot after trying the frame. The single lense glass were ready for me to pick up in 5 days, very impressive and efficient. My world (vision) is now clearer with the new pair of glasses. Yayee. Very impressed and highly recomended for other to give them a go. Conveniently located on Levek 1 in the mall with ample parking in the mall. Open 7 days but booking is essential. Booking can be completed online as well.

I’m incredibly indebted and thankful. I went there with a damaged cornea and extreme pain, and left with a treatment plan and no pain. The team were really wonderfull to deal with. I absolutely recommend this practice for quality eye care and expertise. I’m adopting them as my preferred partner

The service is excellent. I like how the ophthalmologist tells me every detail about the condition of my eyes and suggests things that can help improve my vision without costing too much money. Highly recommended. :)
