Edit: I've lifted my rating due to Supreme subsequently coming back to me to say they will now honour the EDM promo offer they made me, so credit due for doing that.Good coffee, but really let down by poor marketing practice and customer service. I've supported this brand for a while now, both via New World and online purchases. Supreme sent me an EDM 'thank you' discount code offer for my next online purchase. No restrictions, no date limit, no quantity limit, no sense of urgency, just next time you're online" said the email. Excitedly

Probably the worst coffee you can buy. Selling cheap beans for premium prices. Bought Brazilian medium roast and it was the bitterest coffee I had in a while. burned taste and bad aftertaste. should change the description on the bag to bitterness and bad aroma" instead of "sweetness and smooth". Brilliant customer service, delicious coffee. Staff was super patient with me mishandling a brand new coffee grinder, sent me a return label, fixed it and even sent me two bags of coffee to enjoy. Little things like that really reduce your overall stress load in a day!
