Atmisphere & people nice. Ran in for a pie- asked if they could use grill instead of microwave & they said yes. Quickly got hot bag and thought maybe they are pre- warmed? The outside was hot the chicken very cold- crazy? I waited to heat myself at home. I should have checked but they should have too..

The chicken baps are AMAZING! My go to whenever I’m in the area. I Grab a mocha here n there which is always lovely! Love the workers & the shop! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ♥️

Thought of trying out this place for the first time. Spinach Feta pastry is rancid and the coffees are hopeless. Super friendly to whites coming in but absolutely poor attitude with me. I don’t usually leave bad feedbacks but I was absolutely disappointed with my experience as a customer there, like it was obvious she didn’t want my business at all. It will be my last patron there.

One of the best Tea and Coffee shop in Auckland. Have excellent choice of tea from all over the world. From black tea to green tea, flavour tea, herbal tea along with varieties of tea from all over the world. The shop also has in house pie and brownies. Great place to seat and talk for small group (2-3 people)Highly recommended

Was looking for caffeine free tea,have got Rooibos at home, but wanted something with more umph. My daughter told me about this place. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly lady, who was knowledgeable about the teas. Chose a tea which I drank there together with an almond croissant. Took home decaffeinated loose leaf lemon and ginger tea, and a tea caddy. The tea certainly has umph, will definitely be back to try another flavour. Well done to the Staff. The shop has excellent display of tea,coffee pots,cups mugs,tea caddies and of course tea.

Great place to stop in mt eden. The service is amazing and thr options for food and drinks are amazing. Great relax atmosphere there . Well worth a trip in abd you never know you might find a great present for your tea loving friend there.

With it's walls lined with teapots, cups, caddies and everything tea this Is a great shop to browse as well as sit and have a great tea or coffee, there is also some great counter food to go with the beverage of your choice
