I’ve bought a few bikes from Holeshot now, awesome guys, I’ve always dealt with Rob, super nice guy, heaps of knowledge. Can’t recommend enough.

Holeshot have been wonderful to deal with. First time back on a bike for 40+ years, and Rob made it very easy, and ensured everything was ready on time. Cameron was very helpful also. Love my new Suzuki SV650 to bits! They obviously have an excellent and busy operation there. I look forward to our future relationship.

Cam and Nick at the parts desk are both always extremely helpful. Always very efficient with ordering OEM Suzuki spares.

I was recommended Holeshot by a friend of my son’s. However, once there, and exposed to their service department . . . I wish I had gone with his second recommendation.My son had been involved in a dust up with a car on a dark, rainy Auckland night . . . him and his bike lost. His back tyre slid out and the bike (and him) came into close contact with the tar . . . the result was reasonable damage to both of them, but nothing too serious. The service department told me it would take 2 WEEKS . . . and that was just for a list of parts to be replaced.Well 3 weeks in and we hadn’t heard from them . . . multiple unanswered calls, messages and emails eventually followed by a visit resulted in the parts list . . . and a price almost equivalent to what the bike was bought for to repair. Also the bike was left outside and any of the scratched metal and the bike keys had rusted in the month that the bike was with them.We decided that if it had taken a month for a quote, we should find an alternative for the actual repairs. We fetched the bike on a friends trailer - paid $150 for the month long parts saga . . . asked for some help with the trailer and was told “No I have another customer to serve! Sort it out yourself!”Which we did . . . and that will be the last $150 that they’ll ever see of my money.The upside of the story is a colleague who is bike mad and a qualified bike mechanic offered to help and in an afternoon working with my son, the bike was legal and repaired and functioning perfectly . . . for the cost of a bottle of bourbon . . . go figure!Just spent close to $2,000 at a competitor getting leathers for my son . . . how’s that for a customer??

These guys really look after to their repeat customers. Have been enjoying my Triumph for 4 years now and although it can get pricey here, I keep coming back for their excellent service and helpful staff.

I come here regularly for servicing, parts and gear. The team here have always been friendly and treated me with respect. Services and work are always completed to a high standard, I can trust Holeshot to look after my bike every time.

Never in my life when looking at purchasing potential second hand motorbikes have I had my hand slapped twice and whipped twice by a staff member when looking at why there is damage to the motorbike then been called names by the same staff thinking I'm picky because of my pimples.Edit: have spoken with Steve, he apologised on behalf of the staff member, seems like a good person to deal with and will talk with this one person to ensure they never do this to customers. so I hope I can go back to the store one day.

Took chain to get joiner day later part arrived went to collect would not fit waited at shop for2 hours was given another joiner they checked it on my chain at the counter got home.. this part was wrong as well .will never use them again.

Dropped by the store yesterday to browse through their motorcycle jeans and was served by Mike. Top quality service with very genuine advice! Mike helped me choose the ideal riding jeans with the perfect fit, which is rare. Very happy customer and very happy with purchase. Would drop by store in near future (perhaps even for my new bike!).11/20 update: Never anticipated the last few words in my original review above a month ago would eventuate a lot sooner than I anticipated. Was served to a very high standard by Rob from sales who greatly facilitated a hassle-free trade-in of my existing bike for my first Triumph (a Street Triple). Very high standard of service from Rob - upfront, honest and a good sense of humour. Extremely happy with my new ride. These guys are extremely passionate and know their stuff on bikes very well. I'm now a loyal customer.
