The team here always look after us. Very easy to deal with and always solve any issues we have with all our vehicles. Always make sure they offer us affordable options when it comes to car parts and they throw in cheap overall costs or free small repairs at times. We don't go anywhere else ever since our first visit. Highly recommend Sears Automotive. Best in East Auckland if you're looking for honest reliable mechanics.

I have received excellent no-fuss service. And fantastic after-service. They were always quickly available to see me in person or answer the phone. Hayden has been wonderful to deal with and from my experience I highly recommend Sears!

Excellent service, car was running roughly, was expecting an expensive fix but Don rang me half an hour later saying it was fixed, water in the the plugs.. Cost $25!. One of the very few workshops I could actually trust. I've used them in the past and every time the work has been very good.

Fantastic, friendly service. I urgently needed a repair to my rear brake light unit. I rang Sears at 7am this morning to ask if they could fix the car so that it could be used in a driving test at 9am. They told me to bring it in straight away, and they fixed it on the spot while I waited (the garage was fully booked with other cars, so they went out of their way to accommodate my urgent request). At the end of it, the guy that did the repair (I think he was the owner) refused to charge me! Brilliant service, and I definitely recommend them !

Had car serviced here, insisted it needed a full service and quoted a fairly high price, but possible for a full service. Came back and was charged more than the quote, also failed to note brake issues and wheel alignment issues that I've now had to pay extra to correct and broke the dipstick for the oil which was fine the week before going there. Have since found out their version of a full service was a basic at most other mechanics and was seriously over charged! Owner denies all of this and claims no wrong done.

They made me a slot the same day I rang. I had massive panic about the smoke coming out of exhaust.In the end I just got a service done (great price) and runs so smooth, and fast now..all the same day.Guys are relaxed,I didn't get any BS vibes and are so bloody nice .I recommend to everyone without hesitation. Lastly I only do reviews if really good or bad.

These mechanics are experts with hearts of gold. They don't charge for small fixes and checks. They are THE friendly neighbourhood guys. We are grateful!
